What can I expect to happen at counseling?
The initial consultation consists of some based forms to complete
Second you will meet your counselor that will disclose the policies, ethics, laws and fees of the Center.
Third you will answer a few health intake questions.
Fourth you will explain to your counselor why you are seeking counseling and areas of concerns.
Fifth you will interview your counselor to find out their experience is in working with your kind of situation, their beliefs and standards.
Lastly you will be given sometime to review the agencies polices and procedures to let your counselor know if you want to proceed with the services.

Doctor Dennise Bates
Doctor Bates has 10 plus years of counseling experience. Her career in counseling has consisted of Crisis, Grief, Marriage, Premarital and Individual Mentoring Counseling.
Doctor Bates is the founder and CEO of BATES` Counseling Solutions and BATES` Pregnancy and Family Counseling Center. She has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Business Management and holds a Masters’ in Ministry. She is a LCCC, Certified Marriage Counselor and has been Certified as a Pregnancy Center Director through Southwest Seminary and The Heidi Group. Dennise holds a Masters of Certification in Continuing Studies and Biblical Directionism. She has attended and received contact hours from Waguespack Seminar in Essential Ethics for Christian Counselors, authorized by the The Texas State Board of Social Workers Examiners.
She is also an e-mentor for the ICOULDBE agency where she mentors five youth from across the country. Counselor Bates has an endless passion for education and the restoration of the family unit. She is currently enrolled at The Potters College and Seminary, pursing her Doctoral Degree in Christ-Based Counseling.
Dr. Steven B. Davidson (Founder of National Association of Christ-Based Counselors) appointed Counselor Bates to the Board position of Secretary for Ministry Support for Christ-Bated Counselor A3CEES program. Dennise has been ordained through New Horizon Ministries and confirmed through Christ-Based Counselor Clergy Association.
